La asociación tiene derecho a entrar a tu unidad para ciertos trabajos e inspecciones, pero en la práctica surgen abusos: entradas sin aviso real, horarios impuestos sin considerar tu trabajo, inspecciones "de rutina" que parecen fiscalización selectiva o llaves maestras usadas sin registro. Es un conflicto frecuente y delicado porque mezcla un derecho legítimo de la comunidad con tu privacidad y seguridad. Las resoluciones equilibradas exigen aviso por escrito con la anticipación dispuesta, identificación del personal, registro de cada entrada y canales para reprogramar cuando hay causa razonable. In English: The association does have access rights for certain work and inspections — but practice brings unannounced entries, imposed schedules, and master keys without logs.
