CallPages ("we", "our") provides click-to-call business pages with AI voice agents. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Data we collect
- Account data: when you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo.
- Page content: the business pages, products, and settings you create in your dashboard.
- Call data: call logs, transcripts, summaries, and recordings metadata for calls placed through your pages.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
- Analytics: anonymized usage events to improve the product.
How we use it
We use your data to operate your CallPages account, connect callers with your business, process payments, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We share data only with subprocessors needed to run the service: authentication providers (Google, Meta), payment processing (Stripe), voice AI providers, and hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare). Each processes data only on our instructions.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing vasilyespana@gmail.com. See our data deletion instructions.
Data retention
We keep account and call data while your account is active. Deleted accounts have their personal data removed within 30 days, except where the law requires longer retention.
