How Mi Junta works
Step 1 — Free general guidance
Pick the topic that worries you (a late fee, a parking fine, a ban from your board…) and read its page: what it is, why it happens, how often, and what options exist in general terms. This layer is valid in any country and cites no specific laws.
Step 2 — We fine-tune the help to your case
As you ask more, we ask the relevant questions: your country, the type of condominium or apartment, the type of board (owner-elected, developer-controlled…), the type of management (professional company, the board itself…) and the documents you received. Your answers are saved to your Mi Junta profile, so every conversation picks up where the last one left off.
Step 3 — Members: full professional support
Mi Junta members ($29/month, all categories included) receive the detailed analysis of their case, help drafting the letters and documents to send to the board or management, references to the rules and laws applicable to their situation, and step-by-step support until the topic is closed.
