The call that lets customers keep shopping

CallPages calls are now magic calls. A customer on a call can tap a product and browse the store without dropping the call; the voice agent receives their browsing in real time and can discuss the exact item on their screen, comparing it with what they’ve already viewed.

A phone call about a product used to be blind. The customer described what they were looking at — ‘the tall one, no, the other one’ — while the agent guessed. The store and the conversation were two separate experiences that happened to share a customer.

Show, don’t describe

Every product conversation has the same friction: two people, one catalog, no shared view of it. The magic call removes the friction by merging the experiences — the store runs inside the call, and the agent’s awareness runs alongside the customer’s eyes. “What about this one?” finally has a referent.

Honest records

It would have been easy to log everything a customer touched as ‘discussed’. It would also have been wrong — and it would have polluted owners’ records with products nobody mentioned. Browsed products live in their own clearly-labeled place, discussed products in theirs, and the gate between them is a real conversation. The record stays trustworthy enough to run a business on.

How it works

  1. Product cards are tappable during a call: tapping opens the product — or a whole collection — inside the call shell. The call, its timer, and its session never drop.
  2. What the customer browses streams to the agent as it happens: the agent knows the item on screen and the items already viewed, and advises on those — from the catalog’s own facts, never invented ones.
  3. Browsed and discussed stay separate in the record: what a customer looked at is not written down as what they talked about. The owner’s Activity shows each in its place.
  4. Leaving the store view returns to the call exactly as it was; the URL even follows the customer, so a shared link lands on the same product.
