Frequently Asked Questions

What are your hours?

We are open Monday to Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, for scheduled pickups and deliveries.

Can I visit the store?

We do not have a walk-in store: we are a warehouse in San Juan. Pickup is coordinated by appointment — you call, choose your base, and we have it ready for you.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, to the entire island of Puerto Rico. Delivery must be paid in full in advance; warehouse pickup is reserved with a $20 deposit.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card, Zelle, PayPal, and ATH Móvil.

Do the bases have a warranty?

Yes. If a part arrives defective or is missing from the box, it is replaced: we want your base to be complete and sturdy.

What sizes do you sell?

Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, and King. The exact measurements for each and who each size is suitable for are in the sizes and measurements guide.

What heights are available?

From 6 to 18 inches, organized into low (0–9), medium (10–15), and high (16+). Which one suits you best based on your mattress, your height, and the storage you want: heights guide.

How much weight can the bases hold?

Reinforced models hold up to 3,000 pounds (18-inch Queen and 18-inch steel Full, $170 and $160) and the 14-inch reinforced King holds 2,200 pounds ($160). Details in bases and frames.

Do I need a box spring?

Most platform models support the mattress directly, without a box spring. Confirm during your call if your specific model requires one.

Do you sell mattresses?

Yes, our luxury mattress line: Full $300, Queen $400, 12-inch Queen $450, and King $500. How to choose one and how to combine it with the base: mattresses guide.

Do you have bunk beds? Are they safe for children?

Yes, the metal Twin bunk bed ($400). Safety rules — guardrails, ladder, minimum age for the top bunk — are in family and children.

What is the price of each model?

Business reference prices: Twin from $85, Full from $95, Queen from $110, and King from $130. The exact price of each model is in the catalog on this page and will be confirmed during your call — some models in the catalog, such as the low-height Queen and King, are $99.
