Revisamos juntos tus avances, celebramos los logros alcanzados y ajustamos las estrategias que necesiten refinamiento. Es el espacio donde resolvemos los obstáculos que surgieron en la práctica diaria y reforzamos lo que está funcionando. La continuidad es lo que convierte los buenos resultados en cambios permanentes. Sesiones virtuales con la psicóloga Dilanny Gómez, en español o inglés. Disponible a partir del 25 de enero.

EN: Progress is nurtured between sessions. This 40-minute follow-up session is designed for those already in therapy who want to maintain momentum between their main sessions. Together we review your progress, celebrate achievements, and fine-tune the strategies that need adjustment. It is the space where we resolve obstacles that came up in daily practice and reinforce what is working. Continuity is what turns good results into permanent change. Virtual sessions with psychologist Dilanny Gómez, in Spanish or English. Available starting January 25.
