Getting Started

Every page gets its own email address

Every CallPages page now has its own email address — <page>@callpages.me — and new pages greet their owners with a welcome email. A page is reachable by call, by web, and by mail.

Every CallPages page now has its own email address — <page>@callpages.me — and new pages greet their owners with a welcome email. The page is reachable by call, by web, and now by mail, under its own name.

A CallPages page could be called and visited, but it could not be written to. Suppliers, partners, and customers who work by email had to find the owner's personal address — or give up. The page had a phone presence and a web presence, but no mailbox of its own, and a brand-new page arrived in an owner's life without so much as a hello.

Call, visit, write

Three ways to reach a business is the complete set. Some customers talk, some browse, and some — suppliers, institutions, the careful ones — write. A page with its own address stops turning the third group away, and it gives the business one identity that works in every channel.

The welcome matters

A welcome email sounds small until you have launched a page at midnight and wondered whether it took. The page writes first, confirms itself, and gives the owner something to forward to a partner: here we are, this is our address, call it and see.

How it works

  1. Each page carries its own address in the pattern the platform promised: the page's slug at callpages.me — the Sleep Shop is sleep-shop@callpages.me.
  2. New pages send their owner a welcome email, so the first thing a page ever does is introduce itself and confirm it exists.
  3. The address belongs to the page, not the person: it survives staff changes and keeps the business's mail under the business's name.
