Customer Experience

Every collection, one tap away

A CallPages shop now carries a collection tab bar: each collection sits in a sticky row with its product count, and tapping jumps straight to it — same page, all products, no reloads.

CallPages shops now carry a collection tab bar. Every collection — King, Queen, Full, Twin — sits in a sticky row with its product count, and tapping one jumps straight to it on the same page. Nothing reloads, and every product stays on the page.

A shop with fifty products across five collections made customers scroll and hope. The collections existed — as their own pages, since the last release — but inside the shop itself there was no map: a customer who came for a Queen frame waded through everything the store sells to find the Queen section.

A store you can see all at once

Good physical stores are legible: you can see the departments from the door. The tab bar gives a CallPages shop the same legibility — the departments are named at the top, with how much is in each, and the customer is never more than one tap from the section they came for.

Counts are a promise

Showing the count next to each collection is a small honesty feature: the store tells you what it has before you invest the scroll. Eleven King frames is a department; four is a shelf. Either way, the customer knows.

How it works

  1. The tab bar lists every collection with its live product count, so a customer sees the shape of the store before scrolling: King 11, Queen 18, Full 11, Twin 12.
  2. Tapping a tab jumps to that collection on the same page — the bar stays stuck in view while products scroll beneath it.
  3. Nothing is filtered away: all products remain on the page in their collections, so a jump is navigation, not a search that can come back empty.
  4. The tabs and the collection pages agree: the same collections that have their own URLs are the ones in the bar.
