Callbacks and Activity tabs fixed: no more endless loading

If you opened the πŸ” Callbacks or πŸ”” Activity tab in your dashboard recently and stared at a β€œLoading…” spinner that never finished β€” that was a real bug, and it’s fixed.

What you’ll notice

  • Your callback queue always loads. Every callback request your customers leave on your call pages shows up, pending requests first (the ones waiting longest at the top), each with πŸ“ž Call Back Now, βœ“ Mark Complete, and Dismiss. The pending count badge on the tab stays accurate.
  • Your activity feed always loads. Every call, page view, callback request and completion across your pages β€” with type and channel filters, a live refresh every 30 seconds, and the πŸ”” bell badge telling you how many new events arrived.
  • No more dead spinners. If your connection drops or your session expires, the tab now says so plainly and offers a ↻ Retry button β€” instead of spinning forever.
  • Helpful empty states. No callbacks yet? The tab tells you customers can request one from any call page, instead of showing a blank box.

Why it happened

Two gaps combined: the dashboard waited on the network with no time limit, and certain failures (like an expired login session) were silently swallowed β€” so nothing ever replaced the spinner. Every tab load is now bounded by a 15-second timeout, and every failure path renders an actionable state.

This was verified with 19 new automated unit tests and 15 end-to-end browser checks against the real dashboard code β€” including the mobile layout at 375px β€” all green.

Nothing you need to do: the fix is live in your dashboard now. Open the Callbacks tab and your queue is there.
