Hon's BBQ (Uncle Hon's BBQ) is the permanent Hackney Wick home of Man Hon Luk's Texas-meets-Hong-Kong barbecue, above Crate Brewery in Queen's Yard (opened July 2026). After training under a pitmaster in Austin, Luk smokes meats low and slow for 12 hours: Sichuan beef short ribs, Taiwanese pork belly, Iberico pork ribs, ox cheek, duck pancakes. Music-led space with DJs at weekends.
