CallPages agents can advise from anonymized cases: when a caller's issue matches an owner-approved case, the agent offers the story of how someone in a similar situation resolved it. Personal details are removed in code before a case can be stored at all. Mi Junta opens with ten sample cases, always introduced as typical examples.
General guidance only goes so far. What a customer really wants to know is: has anyone been through this — and what actually worked? Until now, every conversation started from zero, and everything previous callers had learned evaporated when they hung up.
The most persuasive sentence in advice
Not "you should write a formal request." It is: "another owner had exactly this — here is what she did, and here is how it ended." Experience is the one thing a generic answer cannot fake, and it is what callers ask for the moment general guidance runs out.
Case stories let a CallPages agent offer that experience responsibly. When a caller's situation matches an approved case for the topic they are discussing, the agent offers the story and tells it the way a good advisor would: the situation, what the person did, what the board or management company did back, and how it closed. On Mi Junta, that sounds like a propietaria in her fifties who was ordered to repaint her balcony for using a "non-approved" color — and resolved it by showing the color predated her purchase and was sitting on the association's own approved list. Notice closed. (That one is among Mi Junta's sample cases: a typical example, introduced to callers as exactly that.)
Anonymization is code, not a promise
Sharing experience across customers is only acceptable if the anonymization cannot fail quietly. So it is enforced in the pipeline, not left to good intentions:
- A case has no transcript field at all — there is nowhere for a verbatim quote to hide.
- The redactor runs before storage: contact details, street addresses, and condominium names are removed; dates shrink to a month and year; an exact age becomes a decade.
- Personal facts from a conversation go only to that caller's own profile — never into a shared case.
- Every case waits as a proposal until the page owner approves it. Unapproved cases are never injected into a conversation, and no case is ever presented as a promise of the same outcome.
Honest about what is live today
Mi Junta is a new service, so its case library opens with ten sample cases — late fees, a lien threat, towing, guest parking, noise, pets, a special assessment, records access, a facade order, and the balcony story above — written from the resolution patterns documented in its own catalog and framed to callers as typical examples. As real conversations accumulate and the owner approves distilled cases, real experience takes their place. The deeper member layer — every step, the documents used, the timeline, applied to the caller's saved profile — is implemented and unlocks with membership; until then, every caller hears the general story, which is already the part that helps most.
How it works
- When a caller describes an issue that matches an approved case, the agent offers it: 'Would you like to hear how another owner resolved a similar situation?' — the caller chooses
- A case is a structured summary — the situation, the steps taken, the outcome — never a transcript, and never a quote
- Before a case can be stored, a redaction step in code removes names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, and condominium names, and reduces exact dates to a month and year and exact ages to a decade
- No case is ever spoken until the page owner approves it; proposed cases wait for review, and only approved ones reach a conversation
- Mi Junta opens with ten sample cases written from the resolution patterns in its catalog — and the agent always introduces them as typical examples, never as real past customers
- A deeper member layer — full steps, the documents used, the timeline — is built in and unlocks with membership; today every caller hears the general story
