On CallPages pages that opt in, the AI voice agent progressively asks the few questions that change its advice and saves the answers to that customer's profile on that page โ so advice gets more specific on every call and no question is ever asked twice. Mi Junta uses it to tailor condo-owner guidance by country, property type, and board type.
Good advice depends on context. A condominium owner in one country, with one kind of board and one kind of management company, needs different guidance from another โ but nobody wants to answer a questionnaire before they can ask their first question.
General first, specific as trust builds
Mi Junta's agent opens every conversation at the general layer: what usually happens with a late-fee dispute, a towing, a balcony rule โ true anywhere, useful immediately. That is deliberate. An owner who has just found the page will not hand over their details to a stranger, and they shouldn't have to.
But general advice has a ceiling, and the ceiling is context. Whether a board can actually enforce a charge depends on the country, the kind of condominium, how the board is constituted, and who manages the building. So, as a caller keeps asking, the agent asks back โ one question at a time, in the flow of conversation: which country are you in? What kind of property is it? Who manages it? Each answer is saved to that caller's profile on Mi Junta, and the guidance tightens around their real situation.
Eight fields, on purpose
The profile is not a data harvest. It holds exactly the eight facts that change the advice โ country, jurisdiction, property type, board type, management type, owner status, preferred language, and main issue โ and nothing else. Only confirmed answers are stored: if the agent guesses, nothing is saved. If a caller corrects an answer, the correction replaces it. If a caller never answers, nothing is invented to fill the gap.
Profiles are also fenced to the page that earned them. A profile built on Mi Junta belongs to Mi Junta; another business's agent starts from zero with the same caller, because that trust was given to Mi Junta, not to the platform's other tenants. And a caller who never leaves a phone number and never signs in simply gets advice โ profiling never becomes a toll gate.
Where the questions live
The exact questions, their order, and the rule for asking them live in the page's Training โ the same knowledge base the owner sees and edits in the dashboard. Mi Junta's Training carries its profiling questions as written guidance to the agent, alongside the catalog of its 54 topics and the boundary between free guidance and member support. When the owner improves the training, the very next call runs on it.
Profiling pairs naturally with anonymized case stories: the profile tells the agent what this caller is facing, and approved cases tell it what worked for someone facing the same thing.
How it works
- The feature is an opt-in setting per page; on Mi Junta it is on
- Every caller first gets the general layer โ guidance that is correct anywhere โ and only as the conversation deepens does the agent ask one fine-tuning question at a time, never an interrogation up front
- Confirmed answers are saved to that customer's profile on that page: country, jurisdiction, property type, board type, management type, owner status, preferred language, and the issue they care about โ eight fields, nothing else
- On the next call the agent starts from what it already knows and never re-asks a confirmed fact; a correction replaces the old answer, and a skipped question never erases a known one
- A profile belongs to one page only. It is never shared with another business, and a caller with no phone number and no sign-in gets advice without a persistent profile
