  • Export button in the Calls tab now downloads your data (was completely unresponsive).

  • Products export — export calls, products, or both (separate tabs in Excel/Sheets).
  • Google Sheets export — one-click push to a new spreadsheet via Google OAuth.
  • “Online now” live visitors panel — see who’s on your pages with Accept / Reject / Send-to-voicemail actions on callback requests.
  • Live presence dot on call detail — shows the customer’s real online status instead of “Checking…”.
  • Voicemail parity — identical voicemail interface (audio + transcript + timestamp + call context) for owners and customers; automatic transcription when none is provided.
  • Customer “My Voicemails” inbox on the call page.
