WOW Design v2 — and styles that remember
2026-10-19 · CallPages Team · Release, Design, Websites

CallPages pages and websites have a new design generation — WOW Design v2 — and page styles are now versioned. When a page’s look changes, the previous style is kept, so an owner can see what changed and go back.
Two problems travel together. First, design ages: a page that looked current at launch slowly stops looking like the business it represents. Second, changing a design used to be a one-way door — the moment a new style saved, the old one ceased to exist, so every redesign was a small act of courage.
Design is a moving target

A business changes its windows with the seasons; its website should be able to change as cheaply. A new design generation raises what the page looks like today, and versioning lowers what it costs to change tomorrow — the pair is the feature, not either half alone.
Nothing you liked is ever lost

Versioned styles change the emotional math of a redesign. The old look is not deleted by the new one; it is filed. Owners experiment more when experiments are reversible, and pages get better faster when their owners are not afraid of the save button.
How it works
- WOW Design v2 is the new design generation for CallPages pages and tenant websites: stronger hierarchy, richer surfaces, and the call kept unmistakably in charge of the page.
- Styles are versioned: each change to a page’s look is saved as a version, with the previous versions retained.
- A version history turns redesign from a leap into a step: try the new look, compare it with what customers had, and return to an earlier version if the business prefers it.

From production: Mi Junta’s website in the current design generation — and because styles are versioned, this exact look is on record even after the next redesign.
