Every bridged call is recorded and transcribed: the caller hears a recording announcement before connecting, and you hear one too. Default: if you're online in CallPages, the call rings you on the Owner calls page and you answer right in your browser — that leg is free. If you don't answer in time (or you're offline), CallPages rings your phone instead: you press 1 to accept (your press is logged as consent). The full conversation — agent part + your part — appears in the call record with both recordings, under Activity → the call. Recordings are kept 13 months in private storage, visible only to you. Phone bridges cost roughly $0.14 per 5 minutes; browser answers cost only transcription (about $0.05 per 5 minutes) and count toward platform usage.

Off by default. When on, use the button to generate an illustration (from the product name + description, no text in the image) for every product that has NO photo. Upload your product list and your agent will know every product and price — it answers questions and recommends the best match. Accepts CSV, Excel (.xlsx) and OpenOffice (.ods) — the first sheet is read, values only (extra sheets, images and formatting are ignored).
From Excel or LibreOffice: upload the .xlsx / .ods file directly — no need to save as CSV first. Or copy rows straight from a spreadsheet and paste them below.
📷 Tip — tap any product to open its editor: add photos, name, price and description there. Photos show on your call page and are visual only — the AI never describes them aloud, and embedded spreadsheet images are never imported.
