2026.10.31 — The product page, rebuilt around the action row — and unanswered calls count as failures
What’s new in 2026.10.31
The store product page, rebuilt around one action row
The product page now puts its actions where the customer’s thumb already is: one single horizontal row — Call, WhatsApp, Buy — immediately below the hero photo, never buried under the description. Call starts the in-page voice call (it is never a telephone link), and Buy is its own dedicated page, never a pop-up. The related-products carousel is always visible, the collection bars sit at the top AND the bottom of the page, the description starts collapsed, and the product photo inside the call is big, with the same multi-photo navigation as the product page itself.
Unanswered calls count as failures — with a ticket attached
A call that never engages the AI is no longer a quiet nothing in the logs. The escalation ladder now treats no-engagement calls as what they are — failures — with their reason recorded and an automatic ticket opened. No lost call disappears in silence.
Mid-call failover switches
If a voice provider fails mid-call, the call no longer has to die with it: the failover switches shipped in this train are the mechanism that moves a conversation to a healthy path.
The lesson robots report their own errors, product by product
The robots that publish the English lessons no longer fail in silence: their errors are now reported product by product, so a stuck lesson is a visible, fixable item instead of a mystery.
The Android page tells the truth about its version
The /android page’s version check was fixed, so the version a visitor sees is the version that is actually current.
And another batch of owner tickets
This train also carried a further batch of tickets filed by our own page owners — each one closed the way tickets close here: implemented, and verified on the real surface.
